Teaching Strategy

Internal Assessment Tests
   
To keep abreast of the academic growth of the students Internal Assessment Tests are conducted monthly or at frequent intervals. Students are thus evaluated on their academic performance and support programmes are implemented as per the requirements. Progress Reports are prepared and the students are instructed to get it endorsed by their parents, so that the parents are continuously informed about the progress of their children.
  
Seminars
   
Seminars are common to most of the courses. Students have to conduct seminars on all the subjects of the semester. This training to prepare and present a seminar on a particular theme before the entire class prepares the students to study new topics, prepare a class systematically and present it in English before an audience.
   
Assignment
   
This is yet another training programme for all the students. Topics are allotted to small groups or individually and they have to prepare scientifically a paper on that particular topic. It has to be presented to the staff on the prescribed dates. This gives the students opportunity for capacity building for preparing scientific papers on different topics and to write them down in good language and in good format.
  
Foreign Language
   
Knowledge of foreign language will be an additional qualification for future placements. Realizing this fact we are conducting classes for German language. We have a good Germany returned Faculty with in-depth proficiency in German language.
 
Industry Visits
    
As part of the study and future placements, Industry visits are conducted. At least one industry visit is planned to be conducted in each semester for the MCA students.
   
Enrichment Programmes
   
Regular classes on Value Education, Carrier Guidance, Personality Development, Yoga etc are given to the students for their holistic development.
