MCA
The minimum qualification for admission is a Degree with Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics as one of the subjects with not less than 55% marks, excluding languages in the qualifying examination
MSW
The minimum qualification for admission is a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for Arts Graduates and 55% marks in aggregate for Science and Commerce Graduates. Aggregate marks are to be understood as the total marks obtained for Part I (English) and Part III (Main and Subsidiary subjects).
BCom

The minimum qualification for admission is a pass in Pre-degree, Plus Two or equivalent examination with Book-keeping and Accountancy and any two of the following subjects, viz. 1. Commerce, 2. Commercial Correspondence and Commercial Geography, 3. Economics, 4. Life Insurance with Salesmanship and 5. banking with Secretarial Practice 6. Business Studies, 7. Maths, 8. Computer Science, 9. Computer Application as optional under Part III of the examination, 10. Informatics practice  & 11. Management,  Or to have passed the Pre-degree Examination of this University with other subjects under Part III optional provided they have secured 45% of the aggregate marks or an examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto subject to the restrictions regarding marks as mentioned above. Candidates belonging to scheduled caste and scheduled tribe need to have only a pass in the qualifying examination.
BCA
The minimum qualification for admission to BCA Degree under Mahatma Gandhi University is a pass in Pre-degree, Plus Two or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Computer Science as optional.
